Please read below for details on our guarantee on reptiles and exotic pets:
- ALL animals are guaranteed heathly for 15 days after the day of sale.
- All animals must be picked
up from airport within 2 hours of arrival or the guarantee does not stand.
- If an animal shall die within the 15 days
we will refund your purchase or replace the animal(shipping costs will not be refunded).
- Every animal sold leaves
our facility completely heatlhy.
- We guarantee live arrival on all reptiles shipped via airlines(AC or WJ).
- We
are not reasonable for animals lost or injuried due to airline delays or mishandling.
- We can not be held
reasonable for vet bills during the first 15 days. But will refund your purchase or replace the animal.
- If you
are unhappy with the animal we will do our best to replace it but you must notify us within 72 hours of reciving the
animal.
- We do not guarantee heterozygous animals unless bred and purchased directly from us.
